What is Functional Medicine?
Do you accept insurance?

No.  We can provide you with a superbill that you can provide to your insurance if you have out-of-network coverage.  We suggest that you contact your insurance first to see what percentage of the visit will be covered by them.

Do you accept Medicare?

We currently do not see Medicare patients under South Bay Direct Care.

What is the membership-tier model?
What are the cancellation policies?

To help us run an efficient service and respect the need of patients waiting to be seen, we require a 24h notice for appointment cancellation.

Do you prescribe vitamins and supplements?

We currently only accept a few selected primary patients for our DPC.
